This privacy notice outlines how we collect and process your personal data through www.womb.love and any information you may provide through this site when you purchase a product or service, sign up to the newsletter or fill in a form.

By providing us with your data, you confirm that you are over 13 years of age.

This website is operated by womb.love ltd. and we are committed to protecting your personal information and will keep any information you provide safely and securely. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Event Bookings & Product Purchases

  • Contact - email address, home/billing/business address, website, telephone numbers

  • Financial Data is not collected - all payments are collected either by BACS, Worldpay or Paypal

  • Transaction Data may include details about payments made by yourself for course bookings.

  • Your personal data will be stored and be accessible by womb.love ltd

  • Your details will not be shared with any third parties and we are mindful to never send spam. There is an option to unsubscribe from the list with every newsletter if you no longer wish to receive them.

Client Consultation Forms

  • Identity data - First name & Surname

  • Contact - email address, home/billing/business address, website, telephone numbers

  • Health Data - a form requesting medical background will be sent to you prior to the session so that we can prepare for your treatment. There are emotional and energetic questions which are at your discretion to complete but are recommended to support the process.

  • Sensitive Data - we do not request details about your race, ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, or sexual orientation, criminal convictions or offences

  • We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

  • Financial Data is not collected - all payments are collected either by BACS, Worldpay or Paypal

  • Transaction Data may include details about payments made by yourself for course bookings.

Data Retention

The law states that we are to keep basic information about our customers - contact, identity, financial and transaction data for six years for tax purposes.

We are also obliged to keep consultation forms on record for seven years since your last treatment with Raya (Lorraine Keene) on behalf of Medical Malpractice. After this they will be destroyed.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the above, as well as legal, accounting and medical stipulations

Record Keeping

Consultation forms are kept on file on a password protected computer. Paper files are kept in a locked cabinet at my workplace address.

Your files are only accessible by Raya (Lorraine Keene), unless your explicit consent is given to share with other therapists or event collaborators.

You can ask to view your files at any time.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and online payment services), email address, and phone number. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

On occasion, womb.love may be legally obliged or make the decision to update or make changes to this policy. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be updated to this page. Unless required by law, any changes made to this privacy policy will not affect any of the way we treat data collected prior to the date of the policy change.
