My love, it’s time to settle your mind, settle your body,  and make space for your soul and spirit to ripple through your being. Remember and feel your wisdom. Remember and know that every part of you is e x q u i s i t e l y sacred.

In this luscious, soothing sacred self care session, I'll guide you through some deeply relaxing and replenishing exercises, massage moves, energy healing and blessings. You'll be all yummed up and all blurry at the edges, like a fluffy little cloud.

We’ll begin with a soothing meditation and full body relaxation, I’ll show you some navel, stomach, womb and sacrum healing touch and massage strokes, as well as some warming and holding techniques with a scarf/rebozo shawl.

Throughout, I’ll share with you ways that you can activate your womb and body wisdom and create soothing moments of self healing. There’ll be sprinklings of poetry, blessings, and an infusion of healing, loving, reiki energy. I salivate even writing this. I know you’ll be all melty and soft once you’ve treated yourself to this!

How to prepare

Prepare:

  • Set up a cosy, warm and private space where you won’t be disturbed for the duration.

  • Make a little nest on the floor - yoga/floor mat, cushions, blankets, a towel handy for your next/to wipe off any excess oils.

  • Prepare some oil/balm - coconut, almond, avocado, olive, whatever you usually use to rub into your skin. You’re welcome to create a blend if you have essential oils - just tune into what you’d like to rub into your body.

  • Have a large scarf/shawl, long enough to wrap around your hips

  • You may wish to put on some nice smells, light some candles, put out some crystals, fresh flowers, oracle cards - whatever you feel to create a sacred space in your home.

  • Wear something loose and comfortable that you can make space to get to your tummy, sacrum and pubic bone, and something you don’t mind getting a little oil on if that happens.

Enjoy, my love!
